BBVP offers advisory services for private fundraising. We also offer assistance with business plan consulting, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and other advisory services.


Consulting Fee
Our fee to make both a business plan and a private placement range from $10,000 - $25,000 and eventually a base fee in the form of a stock option, which includes the following steps.
1. We charge a nominal consulting fee for evaluating your Business Plan and company's potential for a successful offering.
2. After the evalutation we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the costs associated with the following services:
a. Prepare or tune-up your business plan and financials
b. Prepare all necessary documentation and forms
c. Complete public relations / marketing package
d. PowerPoint Presentation
e. Prepare press release
f. Signed review by our securities attorney
g. Signed review by an Certified Public Accountant,
h. Provide a capital database of investors and lenders to secure underwriting
