Consulting Fee
Our fees start at $5,000 and to make both a business plan and a private placement range from $10,000 - $25,000 and eventually a base fee in the form of a stock option, which includes the following steps.
1. We charge a nominal consulting fee for evaluating your Business Plan and company's potential for a successful offering.
2. After the evalutation we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the costs associated with the following services:
a. Prepare or tune-up your business plan and financials
b. Prepare all necessary documentation and forms
c. Complete public relations / marketing package
d. PowerPoint Presentation
e. Prepare press release
f. Signed review by our securities attorney
g. Signed review by an Certified Public Accountant,
h. Provide a capital database of investors and lenders to secure underwriting
