New board in HIREXTRA AB

HireXtra AB has appointed new board of directors and management.

Commencing 2019, HireXtras Swedish Board of Directors consists of Anuhya Vuppula as Chairman of the Board, Lars Wolf, Behrang Masoumi, Agneta Berliner and Ingemar Second. Lars Wolf is also the Managing Director and member of the International management team.

Lars Wolf, CEO & Director

Experienced and highly driven in global sales as CEO, with extensive knowledge of different countries' cultural differences in business life. Long-term work experience abroad in various senior positions within the sales sector. Recently has been working as consultant in various export industries to support entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises for developing their international businesses. Lars will be negotiating with large business organisations on agreements to using the HireXtra services, primarily in Europe.


Annika Ahnlund

Annika Ahnlund, CMO

Experienced and highly driven in global sales as CEO, with extensive knowledge of different countries' cultural differences in business life. Long-term work experience abroad in various senior positions within the sales sector. Recently has been working as consultant in various export industries to support entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises for developing their international businesses. Lars will be negotiating with large business organisations on agreements to using the HireXtra services, primarily in Europe.

Anuhya Vuppula, Chairperson

Represents the owner family and lives in London. Anuhya is a programmer and is responsible for the group to digitise and AI-control all CVS issued in the platform.

Behrang Masoumi, Director

Masoumi currently head of Swedbank Group digital Transformation Analysis and part of Swedbank Digital Bank Division Management Team (Board of Directors). He leads a large team of analysts who establish the strategic and operational stance of Swedbank group's digital transformation. His focus is on how the Swedbank group can continue to be the leading retailer in its home markets for digital financial products and services Behring has a strong consulting experience in strategy, Due Diligence, M & A and Growth and transformation including OPEX. Among other things he developed BCGs open banking and digital payment supply and has a broad understanding of digital development in financial services and e-commerce. He was also part of the BCG PIPE team, which supported several of the major PE companies in the Nordic countries that invest in fintech and e-commerce. Behrang has in recent years succeeded to manage several major conversion programs for banks as well as digital strategy, Omni-Canal strategi and implementation programs for several large companies in the financial sector and other industries. He has also developed the digital leaders in Sweden, which charts the maturity of Swedish companies in digital customer interaction. He has also held a senior executive position in Swedbank as head of the bank's PSD2 program and open Banking Initiative being responsible for the merger between Swedbank and Sparbanken Öresund.

Masoumi has also executive experience as CEO of Nova 100 a talent management and recruitment company. He has experience in developing several new start-ups and has also experience in working with owners and investors both before and after investments. He has participated in the Yale School of Management Executive training in 2015, focusing on business and corporate finance, decision making for leaders, customer communications and negotiations.

Agneta Berliner, Director

Long experience in developing knowledgable organisations by leading and encouraging employees and colleagues. Mainly has been working in operations for change and growth. Agneta Berliner's experience is in the field of business development and has served as Board Member/Chairman, CEO, Agency/Business manager and also as an external consultant. She has been a manager responsible from 5 to 45 employees running an inclusive leadership in collaboration with middle managers. The experience has been in areas of responsibility that include finance/administration, organisational and service development, business contacts, opinion impact, marketing and sales. Agneta has many years of experience in developing project organisations as well as overall responsibility for projects and campaigns, both her own and as an employee. Has high competence in communication and advocacy, including as spokesperson who represents the companies and organisations that she is active. Also she has a very good international media experience and excellent international contacts.

Ingemar Sekund

Ingemar Sekund, Director

He has been CEO of a number of companies such as Kockumation and others. He has work experience from USA, Germany and Sweden in senior positions. Operationally responsible for Power & Tower. Ingemar has more than 20 years of experience in senior positions, especially in the IT and Telecom sectors where he has worked with performance responsibility and development. His most recent assignments include CEO Kockumation AB, CEO Loadmaster INC, CEO Datametrix AB (a company within Tele 2 AB (publ)), CEO NetServer AB, CEO Servt AB and CEO Fuel Pellets Technologies AB. Second has a smaller private ownership in HireExtra AB.

In order to secure HireXtras listing in Spring 2019 on Nasdaq First North, a distribution of ownership and capital acquisition is carried out in the company, in accordance with the Board's decision on February 1st, 2019. The first issue is aimed at a targeted group "Private Placement" to low valuation. The reason is that the company must get more shareholders in order to a "free float". The second new share issue, which is now taking place at the beginning of 2019 in connection with the IPO, is being made to develop the company more quickly. The offer includes shares at a value of SEK 4 million (SEK).

Market listing plans 2019

The Board of Directors of HireXtra intends to apply for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North. The company offers, in connection with a listing, investors to acquire shares in the company. In the autumn, the company decided to carry out a reverse acquisition with HireXtra LTD and Tom Gandhi Consulting Limited in England, implying that these movements become wholly owned subsidiaries of HireXtra AB which will also be a operating business.

The capital now being entered has as its main objective the ownership spread of at least 900 investors. The requirement for listing is only 300. The accrued funds will be used exclusively for the marketing of the company's operations, and to cover the costs incurred in connection with the current listing.

Use of proceeds

The Board's objective is that the company through the present offer should be provided with at least 4 MSEK after deduction of costs for the offer. The offer is primarily intended to fund the completion of planned marketing in Europe.
